Eleven years on, Waterford Harvest Festival is set, once again, to shine the spotlight on the people who make good food great. From the humble blaa to the food from our fields, mountains and waters, there’s something for every taste in Waterford city from 6 – 8 September.
A staple on the nation’s culinary calendar, Waterford Harvest Festival will fill the streets of Ireland’s oldest city with a banquet of inviting sights and aromas.
After eleven years of delivering a fresh and exciting programme of food events, 2019 is no exception with an emphasis on some of the city’s best restaurants hosting communal dining events, local lunches, Polish fair and exciting chef collaborations. Local and regional producers will showcase the very best of their produce, with demonstrations and bake-offs to keep young and old entertained and filled!
Come along to Waterford this September and graze your way along the Waterford Greenway, eat your way around the festival markets, bop along to some music and enjoy the sights and sounds of the fair — all in the heart of Waterford city.
With events taking place all weekend, there’s something for everyone — from tiny taste buds to those truly seeking gastronomic delights
