A weekend celebration of arts, crafts, workshops, culture and all things creative. All events are FREE and open to everyone.
The festival kicks off on culture night 22nd September at 7pm. An evening of food, arts, music and culture awaits.
Saturday 23rd 12pm – 4pm there will be family fun for all during our illustration and storytelling workshop by local children’s illustrator Clive McFarland.
Sunday 24th from 2pm there will be a Ukulele ‘give it a go’ session for anyone beginner to expert, there will be some extra Ukulele’s if you don’t have your own.
Throughout the festival, an exhibition of local artwork and photography will be on display. All events are free and no booking is required.
A film will also be showcased throughout the festival in celebration of Northern Ireland’s rich craft landscape past and present, Film Makers emphasises the value of craft makers in the province and records a sample of their activities for future generations to enjoy through archive film. Film Makers features stone carving, basket weaving, ceramics, furniture making, tools and hand-woven textiles.
